Wholesale only: direct to trade groups,
retail stores, professional artists, designers
and IRS recognized clubs.

Designers, clubs and hobby organizations recognized by the IRS, and cowboy boot stores featuring western gear, are able to order boots. These boots can be standard factory size, or to customer foot measurements. Details are listed in the program brochure. The process is simple. You measure your customer, take the order and then order the boot from me.

Organized groups, businesses such as rock bands, and clubs that fundraise or help the community with IRS recognition, are able to order boots. The club can order as needed for uniform or fundraising purposes. Examples of these clubs are Knights of Columbus, war veterans groups, volunteer firemen, motorcycle clubs, or Re-enactment American history and Single Action Sharp Shooters groups. This program allows the club to offer a custom boot as a the raffle prize when fundraising, or to order unique uniforms. You can get the measure kit ahead of time and measure the winner right away. Club members cannot place personal orders, but any of the IRS recognized clubs or groups can order for whomever they select. New for this fall 2008, you can raffle a cowboy boot that I will make by following a few simple steps.

CUSTOM BOOT PARTNER PROGRAM

RETAIL CUSTOM ORDERS: This program is the same as the Club Fundraiser program and lets businesses order boots one at a time from the custom boot maker.

CLUB FUNDRAISER PROGRAM

FIRST: Clubs should register their fundraiser and their intent to raffle a pair of custom boots. You will be given price the boot and you approximate completion time. You can buy a measure kit and pay the balance when the order is replaced. All orders are listed on a wall calendar, and will put the work on my current schedule, Registration is easy, you only need to complete my registration form, and return with a letter providing the information about your fundraiser listed on the order form.

SECOND: You can leave the final design up to the winner, or choose in advance. A review of cowboy boot tops means there is some simplification and absctraction of the design, I can help create a sample design sketch with the details of the boot for your club or raffle.

THIRD: For the lucky winner, return the completed measure kit, payment, and I make a pattern, order leather, and custom fit the boot lasts. Then, if this is a custom fit boot, you get a fitter that should be worn for two weeks, and returned with comments/changes written on the boot. And then about 30 days later, the boot is completed.

MEASURE KIT

A measure kit includes the following:
(1) a pedorthic transfer foot imprint paper (clean, no mess);
(2) a pair of foot impression foam in trays (no mixing);
(3) a form to complete indicating your style choices (heel, top, toe shape, and pull ears) and;
(4) a paper tape measure. What? Paper?
A Paper measuring tape? Yes, because, it is sanitary. And adults usually pull a nylon measuring tape too tight when measuring their body.A little tight on the tape feels OK when the foot is in the air, but it results in boots that are too small in certain spots. In the shoe store you get the next half size larger. If I make a boot that is too small, it cannot be fixed; and I charge to remake the boot. So, follow the directions and have a friend do the measuring. Or if you gain some weight, 20-30 lbs, ASAP you should be re measured. You might need a little more toe room or width, the last needs fixing and you need a new top pattern. Remember, you do get a fitter to make sure the final boots are the right size. And wear the same thickness of socks when you get measured, that you are will to wear with your boots.
